Logicor and Kryalos buy Italian plot for new logistics park
Logistics specialist Logicor and Italian asset manager Kryalos SGR have announced the acquisition of a 34,000 m2 plot of land in Lombardy in the Sulbiate area, in the province of Monza and Brianza, for the development of a new logistics facility of 14,400 m2.

Arrow Capital Partners has acquired a 17,000 m2 warehouse on a 50,000 m2 site in Trossingen, Germany, for its SIRE (Strategic Industrial Real Estate) joint venture with Cerberus. Financial details were not disclosed.
